Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an AdsCrafted account or using the AdsCrafted MCP connector ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdsCrafted provides Amazon advertising and selling tools accessible via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service includes campaign management, listing optimization, analytics, knowledge base access, image generation, and related features. The Service may be accessed directly or through third-party MCP clients such as Claude by Anthropic.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and OAuth tokens.
• You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Free plan: Limited access to read-only tools and knowledge base queries with daily rate limits.
• Starter plan ($100/month): Analysis workflows, campaign builder, and 200 credits/month with higher usage limits.
• Pro plan ($250/month): Full access to all tools including split testing, automation, bulk operations, and team members.
• Agency plan ($750/month or $625/month billed annually): Everything in Pro plus 5 Amazon connections, 1,000 credits/month, and priority support.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual plans for Starter, Pro, and Agency offer a discount (2 months free). You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Unused credits roll over indefinitely and never expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Amazon's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policies
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or bulk-download the knowledge base content
• Circumvent rate limits, tier restrictions, or authentication mechanisms
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Amazon Account Access

When you connect your Amazon Seller Central or Advertising accounts, you authorize AdsCrafted to access and act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions before execution. AdsCrafted is not liable for the consequences of actions you authorize through the Service, including bid changes, listing modifications, and campaign operations.

7. MCP Connector (Claude Integration)

The AdsCrafted connector is available through the Claude Connectors Directory. When using AdsCrafted through Claude:

• Your usage is subject to both these Terms and Anthropic's Terms of Service
• Tool calls consume your AdsCrafted plan's rate limits and credits
• We authenticate you via OAuth 2.1; your session can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the connector

8. Intellectual Property

The AdsCrafted knowledge base, tools, and documentation are our proprietary content. You may use information obtained through the knowledge base for your own business purposes but may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the knowledge base content.

Images and videos generated through AdsCrafted are yours to use for your Amazon listings and marketing purposes. We retain no ownership rights over generated creative assets.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific advertising outcomes, sales results, or Amazon ranking improvements. Amazon API availability and data accuracy depend on Amazon's systems, which are outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsCrafted's liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or Amazon account suspensions.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days notice (or immediately for violations of Section 5).

Upon termination, your Amazon OAuth tokens are revoked and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
