Yes. You earn on each subscription payment your referred customers make, not just their first one, for as long as they stay subscribed.
By how many paying referrals you have: 0–9 earns 15%, 10–49 earns 20%, 50–99 earns 25%, and 100 or more earns 30%.
Log in and open Account → Referrals. Your link, your referrals and your commission all live there.
